One Sweaty Beast

Is what I am after I teach KICKBOXING! Man I wonder how many calories I burn in the hour?!

I am so glad I had leftovers from our FREE LUNCH at work today so I didn’t have to cook. I made sure to load up on the grilled veggies in marinara sauce.

I also had some Sheepherders Bread for dipping, I will be sad when it is all gone.

I was SOOOOO THIRSTY that I just drank the rest of the Light Lemonade straight from the bottle, it was sooooo good! I think my body was really craving the sweetness.

Do you crave sugar or salt after a workout?

Time to hit the hay! I have Friday Boot camp in the morning and I have the whole morning to myself I don’t have to be at work until noon.

I definitely crave salt more. That is just overall, though. I am not too big on sweets.

Dayum girl, look at your sweat!! I definitely crave sweets afterwards. Any time I workout in the evening, I always always want ice cream/froyo after dinner.

salt all the way! usually in the form of peanut butter but i like having a bowl of cereal or something carb-y too

I crave sugar! After my runs I have to have a glass of OJ! Only 8oz, no more, otherwise my tummy starts to hurt. But I have to have it1

tehehe sometimes i love drinking something straight from the carton! haha makes me feel like a rebel! way to go at kickboxing!

I've always wanted to take some "classes at my gym, what would you suggest to someone who hasn't taken one before?

After long hard runs, I crave salt & vinegar potato chips. Have to have them!! :)

I always crave salt after a hard workout. Kickboxing sounds fun...I've always wanted to go to a class!

I want to try a kickboxing class. I enjoyed reading your Breathe article. I have tons of recipes that I need to organize. It is ok that Boscoe licks your plate clean. I let mine do it all the time. Have a great weekend. I always look forward to reading your blogs :)

wow. my teachers are never that sweaty after kickboxing class, and they kick my butt! i'm afraid i'd be completely unable to move if i attended yours!
