Thai Food is My Favorite, and so is Nut Butter!

Today went by so fast! I can not believe tomorrow is Thursday:)
Only one more day until I head out to my retreat!

TODAYS EATS

11am Snack: Oiko Honey Greek Yogurt, Zoe’s Granola, and 4 chunks of pineapple.

Lunch 1pm: Home-Made Black Eye Pea burgers, on a ww Thomas pita with light sour cream, and sprouts(needed a little cheese). I also had carrots, red peppers and cucumbers on the side along with a mixed green salad and grapes.

At 2pm I needed a pick me up, swung by a local coffee shop and ordered a medium iced coffee with non-fat milk.

2

Snack 4pm: Mrs.. May’s Cran-Blueberry Crunch. This is the best snack ever, under 200 calories and only 5 grams of sugar!

6

My assistant also brought me some of these Japanese Rice Crackers over, I had two.

8

7pm Dinner: Hubby and I went out with the Kramer's for our date night. We decided on the THAI HOUSE, we just love Thai food.

Hubby and I split a bowl of Tom Kha Kai Soup, loved it.

9

I ordered the yellow curry with chicken, it was wonderful as always!!!!

When we got home look what was sitting on our door step!!!! Naturally More, wow another package I feel so blessed:) THANKS FRIENDS! I can’t wait to try it in the morning, I was going to get a spoon out and try it right away but I was too full.

5

I am going to do some Yoga before I hit the hay, and then rise and shine at 6am! I am meeting a friend for coffee in the morning can’t wait.

When was the last time you had coffee with a friend early in the morning, do you ever????

REMINDER!!!! Don’t forget to leave a comment here for my Country Bob’s BBQ Sauce GIVE-AWAY!!!!! This is your LAST CHANCE!!!!

Yummy thai food :D I always get seduced by the pad thai, and rarely order the curries or soups on the menu, but that chicken curry looks spectacular.

And I can't say I ever go for coffee with friends, mostly because I don't actually drink the stuff.

I love coffee with friends and my favorite is coffee with my husband on the porch. Can't wait to move into the new house and sit outside on the weekends drinking coffee (and wine, of course!)

Love Mrs. May's!... just wish they'd post nutritional info for the whole bag and not just one serving...
