Her Thursday Things to Talk About: Winner of the Country Bobs!

Morning Beautiful People:) I am excited to announce the two winners of the Country Bob’s BBQ Sauce Give-Away. I used random.org to pull to numbers from the commenter's: But First a picture to make you smile:)

10: Blackdove5 I'm thinking of trying something a little different -I love BBQ pulled chicken and cornbread, so maybe try a sort of BBQ chicken casserole with cornbread topper.

40: Brian: AKA Big B: Oh man I love me some BBQ Sauce. I would definitly try it on the block of Tofu that has been sittin in my fridge for some time, unused because I am too chicken to do anything with it!!

CONGRATS FRIENDS! Send me your full name and address so we can send out that BBQ Sauce.

It took everything in me once again to pull myself out of bed this morning, this time change is KILLING me. I did some Gentle Hatha Yoga from yogadownload.com last night right before I went to bed, it was wonderful but my balance was TERRIBLE! My right leg is soooo much stronger then my left! I need to work on balance poses, any suggestions???

I wanted to try my new PB, Naturally More, this morning so I went with a bowl of warm apple cinnamon oats.

The Mix:

SUCH a good bowl:

  • Heaping 1/2 cup of oats, 1 c water, 3/4  medium banana, pinch salt
  • Vanilla
  • pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp of PB2
  • 2 tbsp of “Bobbi’s Granola Greatness” from mixmy granola

Topping: Nuked for 1 minute

  • 1 small Gala Apple chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • and a spoonful of Naturally More
ooooo my this PB is yummy, I love the texture and taste!

I am getting really excited about this weekends get-away. I have a 13 mile run on Saturday morning, that I plan on doing there at the beach. Check out this map! I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!

Well folks I have a coffee date this morning so I have to run! Have a great day, and check back later for yet ANOTHER GIVE-AWAY!!!!

I don't know what it is, but the time change KILLED me this time, too. I've been literally going to be by 8pm all week. I finally feel a little bit more energized today.
