Adorable pictures! You look so happy, the blue tongue cracks me up!

One that motivates me to stay healthy is that I want to be a mom someday. I want to be an active healthy mom that runs around and is active with her kids. Growing up, both of my parents were very overweight which made them tired and sick a lot. They weren't active at all with my brother and I. My parents are amazing parents, don't get me wrong, but I just wish that they were able to be more active with me.

Seeing others take charge of their wellness and health is what motivates me. That's part of why I love this blog community. I want to do just as well as everyone else. I also work in an industry where I see the effects that poor health can take. It's really sad and I don't want to get to that point so some of the daily things I see motivates me to get out there and do what I can.

Perhaps the colored tongue should be a new race habit. Just think, you could have blue, green, and red tongues in all your race pics!

Bobbi, those are the best race pictures ever! You look speedy and AWESOME!

Hm, what motivates me? Probably the desire to look and feel good in my body.

Your blogs and others motivate me to eat healthy.

I'm motivated to exercise and otherwise live a healthy lifestyle because of my kids; I want to live a long, full life, so I can share as much of their lives as possible!

Wow! You look so happy and full of life in your race pictures! I wish I looked half as happy in my race pictures...usually I just look like death. :)

I also love TBL. I am sometimes bad and eat ice cream while I watch...Last night, though, I did ab work while watching. Def made me feel better than pigging out on ice cream while watching other people work out. :)

What motivates me?? Seriously, it's reading this blog. It makes me look at my food differently and it gives me a TON of great options for exercising. I exercise solely at home due to financial reasons, but you're lists and ideas always keep it interesting and different for me. I will plug in my iPod, get into my workout clothes and say to myself "Ok, what did Bobbi's blog give you for today?" My favorite exercise I've learned from reading your blog is mountain climbers. I love those!

I love hearing about people completing races or accomplishing amazing physical feats--it makes me want to jump up and do it too!

A great motivator to being healthy is a longer life. If you're a person of integrity, character, depth, you need to respect yourself. Be loyal to yourself, your whole being, your soul, mind, body, spirit. I may fall off that wagon now & then. But remembering how good it feels after a good run or exercise, makes me want to get back to that again.

Noticing your plastic containers your lunch is in, I thought I'd suggest this. Since you're a fan of Japanese food, you know how they're careful about portion control. They're Japanese lunch box are called "bento box" - I've love the way they get creative in making lunches. Japanese restaurants have these "bento box" lunch specials for a reasonably cheap price for a lot of portion-control food!

For a bento box lunch pak idea for you Bobbi, you might like to put this on your wish list. I have this & love it. There are more styles but this is more managable.

I think the biggest thing that motivates me to be healthy is my own happiness...when I am eating right and exercising I feel my best, so I keep it up to continue feeling great.
