Are You Ready?!

4 MORE DAYS OF 2009!!!!

It’s time to get back to work! 10 days of Holiday was just what I needed. Just in case you missed all the madness.

Dinner with the Besties
Balboa Lights
All day Baking
Mission Inn With the Family
Christmas With the Neighbors
Christmas 2009 Recap

I woke up a little later this morning to make sure I was ready to start the week off with a wonderful 8 hours of sleep. For breakfast I decided I needed to get through the huge can of pumpkin I have and make some Pumpkin Oats (so predictable I know).

 004

I made a normal bowl of Oats and added in Pumpkin then topped with crushed Almonds and some Home-made Almond Roca I got from my friend Melissa!! 003

I also made a cup of coffee to take to-go.

I have to tell you that I love when you post these awesome boot camp workouts. They really mix it up and offer superb full body work. Although I have been out hiking (in the SNOW) and nordic skiing, I have been very lax in my weight training and muscle work. This will help me get back on track.

I have never heard of a laying squat though. Can you point to some demo video or another way of visualizing this technique? Squat work is pretty hard for me as I have knee problems.

Don't ya just "hate" have a HUGE can of pumpkin that needs to be used up? Such an inconvience, haha ;)

That is a serious workout from Melissa!
