This contest is open to all bloggers. To enter, you can do one of three things!
- Share a brief story about why you need to relax and say “Ohm.”
- Share a recipe you create or tip using Oikos yogurt – it can be as simple as a holiday dip or dessert or breakfast idea.
- Post a photo of you doing yoga in a toga (Oikos is Greek yogurt after all!).

I love taking a hot bath with a good book.
I love to curl up with my kitty, blanket and a book. No better way to relax and unwind after a busy day.
I love to curl up with a good book a a cup of tea.
I take it to the two extremes, rock out to some upbeat country music or roll out the yoga mat and flow.
I love to go to the local bookstore and just wander the aisle pick up what looks intersting find a window seat and the rest is relaxation history!

I take steaming hot showers to relax. I'm 9 1/2 months pregnant and have a 2 year old so I've been taking 2 hot ones a day recently. It really helps.
I like to relax with a glass of wine and friends.
I'm in grad school so I feel like there's little time to relax. But when I do I love tea and running (not at the same time though.)
I knit. Knitting soothes me. It gets me into this relaxing mode and I can knit my troubles away.
Also, my cat does wonders. He comes up and purrs. I start to pet him and stress feels better.

I try to get in a workout/run, take a warm bath, and read a good book.
Snuggling in bed with a good book after a long day is super relaxing!
I relax with hot tea and trashy TV shows...something I can zone out to and not think about whatever stresses me out!
I meditate and do daily yoga in the morning.
I also love reading books I enjoy!
When trying to relax, I take long drives at night whilelistening to some of my favorite music.
I have only done the spa thing once and am addicted. Those are seriously worth striving for!

Believe it or not, I relax first thing in the morning @4:30 with a warm cup of coffee and a nice long run!
Running helps me relax. When I can't do that, petting my kitties is a close second. They are so sweet and loving - they make me forget all the stress I have!
In order to relax, I like to sit in a comfy chair, light some candles, play relaxing music, drink a glass of wine, read one of my favorite books (like The Lord of the Rings trilogy), and soak my feet in bath salts (all at the same time, naturally!) :-)

I love taking a warm bubble bath! I usually read a book or magazine while soaking...so relaxing!
I love to roll in the grass with my pups. I have two of them, and I spread out a big blanket in the back yard, and we soak up the sun. Sometimes I talk to them about what is stressing me out while I hand out tummy rubs and sliced apples(a big favorite)!

fave way to relax= on the couch with a blanket and tivo. I usually always fall asleep to Tyler Florence or Michael Chiarello's lovely voice on Food Network. Bobby Flay? He might keep me awake. ;) ;)

I love to light some candles and take a nice, long bubble bath. Nothing in the world is as relaxing and it just helps melt the stress away:)
I make a mug of hot tea and either watch one of my favorite shows on my computer or grab a good book and jump into bed!

I love going to a late evening hott yoga class then taking a hot shower and snuggling up in my bed and passing out! Totally helps to take me mind off of work and school and I wake up so relaxed and refreshed the next day!
