Juggling

Morning friends! I am so thrilled that it is Friday, after today I get to finally come up for air :). I feel like I have been juggling the world!!

Last night our last x-country practice was so fun. We played some Ultimate Frisbee, which is a killer workout!! The kids loved it and that’s all that matters.

For dinner I had to make something quick and easy. I nuked a sweet potato for 5 minutes and topped it off with kidney beans, honey, goat cheese, and cilantro.

It was a very satisfying and delicious meal! We got home super late last night from our Thursday night group so I only managed to get 5 and a half hours of sleep last night, I know it’s going to hit me tonight! I had to be at work SUPER early this morning(6am) because I am leaving at 12:30pm for our last Cross Country Meet!

I brought Breakfast to work, a wonderful cereal combo. Cinnamon Puffins+Crunchy Maple Sunrise + Crunchy Vanilla Sunrise from Nature’s Path.

Tonight Hubby and I are throwing our TACOBERFEST! We are having a wonderful taco bar spread, Pumpkin Ale, and some yummy desserts (Gluten Free One’s too). We are also going to bust out the Wii!

Don’t forget if you want to join the POTM Challenge today is the last day to email me!!!

See you all tonight with a fun recap of our party!!!
