It’s Gettin Hot In Here

As soon as I got home from my Cross Country Meet, I went straight in the kitchen and got to cookin!

I threw in a TON of green veggies including Kale, Broccoli, Green Beans, and Snap Peas. I also threw in some sweet potato chunks as well.

I also spiced up some Tofu with EVOO, Pepper, Rosemary, and All Spice.

While everything cooked I baked up some NHerShoes PowerBars!  These are perfect for the Detox, they have all natural ingredients :).

My dinner was ready as soon as the bars were done. The Tofu turned out just right! I baked it for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
