MUFAS

I love my MUFAS, monounsaturated fatty acids“a class of healthy fats found in foods like nuts and seeds, avocados, olives and certain vegetable oils.”

This morning I woke up and decided to just go for a walk and enjoy the crisp morning. I know my body needed one more day of rest and I wanted to listen :). Is it hard for you to take a day of rest???

For breakfast I made an Egg Sammy filled with avocado, egg, spinach and a tomato.

I have a busy day ahead of me, my first conference for work is this weekend and my first cross country meet is tonight!! I am kind of new nervous for the kids tonight, but I know they will do great!

Wow, your b-fast is a picture of beauty! So impressed! My PB WW english muffin didn't stand a chance against that!
I also love, love, love avocado! Infact, it's on my sammy today! Since I do not eat fish, I try to get all my Omega Fatty Oils in things like nuts, avocados and the such! Have a great time tonight! Can't wait for the report! :)

It is really hard for me to take a rest day which is probably why I rarely take them. I need a kick in the butt!

What a fantastic breakfast! I love avocados. Sometimes it is hard for me to take a rest day but I try to listen to my body and it never fails me.

Such a delicious looking egg sammy. I think creating egg sammies should be my part time job! I love thinking of the most unqiue flavor combos. Definitely avacado is a must, and I just discovered goat cheese and Pumpkin Butter on egg sammies is DEVINE!

Almonds all the way...they go well with everything! On cereal, salads, yogurt, pasta etc.
