Fall Fall Fall

It’s officially fall! I so need to get out my decorations from last year :).

This morning I made some “Sunday” PB and Honey Oat Kashi Whole Wheat Waffles.

I also added some chopped pecans, in honor of today.

I had an egg on the side as well for a little extra protein to push me through the morning.

So glad you all liked our video last night. I wanted to let you all know that it is wireless, no power needed as well as way more inexpensive then soda in the store. If you don’t drink soda like me, then this would be great for a party!

Time to get ready for work, I have a speed workout with the kiddos tonight and I am having coffee with two beautifully ladies!

Question: Do you eat something special for breakfast on the weekends?

P.S. The wedding that I went to this weekend, was NOT Skinny Brides Wedding. She get’s married October 10.

Those waffles look yum!

My weekend breakfasts are usually still pretty healthy, but I get to linger over the prep so it's usually something a little more inventive -- blueberry/banana pancakes, pumpkin french toast, omelets....

Okay, now I'm hungry!

I usually have a little bit more time on the weekend to make breakfast. My favorites are french toast, pancakes and waffles.

Yay! Happy Fall!! I don't make something special for breakfasts on the weekends because on Saturday I have class and on Sunday I always run then head to church so I just eat my usual cereal or oats!

I eat pretty much the same everyday of the week. But I think that's a good thing since I always enjoy it so much, every day feels special

Yummy fall breakfast!

I love fall; it just screams pumpkin-flavored anything to me!

I usually make pancakes, bacon, and eggs after my long runs on the weekend. I don't really have time for pancakes during the week because I run before class, so it is nice to have time on the weekends.

J and I have a tradition of eating donuts on Saturday mornings. Not the healthiest, so I just get one and pair it with something else. It's a fun tradition.

I don't eat anything different on weekends. But, I am going to start a homemade weekend breakfast tradition! I think it will be a fun way to pass on my love for healthy cooking!
