Split Me in Two!

Slow Slow and Slow, that is how my day was!!! I am so glad tomorrow is FRIDAY! I wish I was in Boston for the Healthy Living Summit with Jen, Caitlin, Kath, Meghann, Heather, Tina! I think they need to do another in the WEST COAST!

This mornings Cross-Country practice was a lot of HILLS! We ran on a very nice trail that went up about 5 miles but we only went out for 3. The kids are doing great, I am excited to see them SOAR!

For my  mid morning snack I had puffins, blueberries, and Greek yogurt:

This barely held me over until noon and then I was a STARVIN MARVIN for lunch!! I had a very large salad with lot’s of veggies, strawberries, and goat cheese.

3

As well as some of these Pita Chips from TJ’s with hummus.

5

My lunch did not hold me over that well, good thing I brought an emergency snack!! 1/2 nanner, PB, Honey, and an Arnold’s thin!

On the way to my car, I saw this BABY and I started drooling!!!

It’s a scooter bike!! I so want one :). Please everyone talk me out into it!! They are great to ride around town, but probably not super practical. You get 150 miles to the $5 tank, SCORE!!

I don’t know guys what do you think, would you or do you own one of these??

Tonight’s din din was another wonderful Crock Pot meal. I made a yummy version of an easy Chicken Cacciatore.

I threw 1/2 a chopped onion, 1/2 cup of veggie broth, two skinless boneless breast of chicken, 1 can of tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, basil, and a little salt and pepper all into the CP.

It cooked for 8 hours on low and then I just threw the cooked chicken and sauce on top of a bed of ww spaghetti. I also grilled some fresh grown zucchini and squash and threw it on top with a little goat cheese of course!

Yum Yum! I have a Booster Club Meeting and Thursday night group tonight that start at the exact same time, I wish I could split myself in half!!! We shall see how that turns out :).

Hubby is going on a FLY ALONG tonight, he is flying in a Police Helicopter tonight with one of our friends. I am not going to lie I am a little jealous ;).

Have you ever been in a Helicopter???

Gotta RUN!

P.S. Recap of “Making the Cut” will be in the morning as well as a NEW Mini Living Room Boot camp!

Noticed in your past (recent) blogs that you don't use the almond milk in your Puffins or cereals but yogurt instead. Have you sworn off milk?

No way to the scooter! My husband had a TERRIBLE accident last year on his. He ended up with a broken ankle, that was reset, 5 nights in the hospital and three operations! Not nice. I get chills when I see them - and not in a good way either!

Hey there! A good friend has a scooter and loves it. It's actually quite practical for him because he has a fairly short commute that does not involve any interstates. He uses it to go back and forth to work, so he keeps the mileage on his car low, and he's not paying much in gas to go to work.
Hope this helps...
