Living Room Boot camp #2

Morning friends :)!

I woke up naturally this morning, which was quite the change from last week. I was a little hesitant to workout this morning because my body was sore all over from last nights kickboxing class. So I decided to do a 15 minute living room boot camp!!

Tonight Hubby and I are going to an Angel’s Baseball Game, our first baseball game this whole season!! I am not an Angel’s fan but I love me some baseball :)

Hubby’s Random Fact: Banging your head against a wall uses 150 calories an hour.

Question: Do you like baseball and if so who is your favorite team?!!

I love the Dodgers!

LOL Hubby's Random Fact is too funny! Don't think I need to burn 150 calories that badly :)

LOVE the bootcamp! You always have the best bootcamps in your living room!!!!

And beautiful breakfast! I need to give Muesli a try... it looks so yummy!

Have fun at the game tonight!

Have fun at the game tonight. I used to love baseball but I think I'm much more of a football girl now. I don't know how much of that has to do with the Mariners just not being good.

I love baseball, but I've lost the oomph I had in Boston. Now that I'm in NYC, it's tough to cheer for my Red Sox without having the duck for cover!!

I love the random commet!!

Have fun at the baseball game!

Have fun at the baseball game! My favorite team is the Baltimore Orioles but I haven't made it to a game yet this season. I don't think I've missed too much, though ;)

What a fun way to wake up with a quick boot camp!

I love baseball games, but I do not follow any team in particular ;)

I have to go with the MN Twins. Not only because they are my home town team, but because they are great and I love Joe Mauer - Home Town Hero, of course.

Good point about burning calories while hitting your head - I tried it, and I do feel a little lighter ;)

It's great how much exercise you can do in your own home. Love the list of exercises.

I'm not a huge baseball fan but went to an Angels game a couple months ago and had a fun time. Since I grew up in WA state, I'd have to say my favorite team is the Mariners.

Hope you have a great timne tonight!

Hey Bobbi!

I'm a huge fan of your blog, and your pics! I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of camera you use?

I'm camera shopping now! Thanks :D

I'm always excited to see you outline a bootcamp; it gives me lots of ideas on how to mix up my workouts. I think I first read about 'mountain climbers' on your blog and started doing those, which has me hooked! But I really need to know, what are burpees??? Is there a video to demonstrate them?
