Pumpkin Oats I Have Missed You!

Morning! I had a couple of questions from last nights post I wanted to answer right away.

Hi Bobbi, do you blend the Jay Robb protein powder?

Yes, I did blend in Jay Robb’s powder into my smoothie. It was pretty frothy, I need to figure out how to make it thicker.

What kind of pilates class are you taking (mat?) Do you like it?

We do the “classic” Winsor Pilates!

I have always wanted to try that place! Is that your favorite meal to get?

This was my first time trying Waba Grill, but I loved the Salmon and I tasted my Hubby’s chicken too and it was very tasty!

MORNING EATS

No workout today, today is my off day this week. I was tempted to go to the gym, but I know that my rest days are just as powerful as my workout days.

Recovery is an important part of the process that leads to improvement. You push your body in your workouts and your body responds by changing to meet the challenges that you have placed on it — it is during your recovery time that all of the good stuff really happens.” Running Advice

I also decided to mix it up with breakfast this morning and instead of making a GM I made some Pumpkin Oats!

Can you believe it’s already Thursday?! Tonight we are going on a bike ride with our Thursday night group to get some FroYo! Let’s hope today my stomach is satisfied with the large lunch I packed.

Lunch “Sneak Peak”

I love your article on clean pizza. I had to start making my own pizza because I can't eat cheese (and lets face it, you don't find cheeseless pizza at restaurants too often). I like it better than pizza from restaurants now!

I have GOT to try that place AND get some apple butter...YUM!

And about the pic on my blog...
Aaaaw, thanks girl! It was on Bubba's actual birthday (monday) and I wanted to make sure we got a family pic...so I set up my tripod in our front yard :). It had to be strategic- hahaha- but it worked :). I pressed the button on my camera and then Bub and I ran over to sit and smile...such a special memory :)

Love the pizza article! It is so nice to have a "pizza", "pasta" night etc - one meal is already planned!

I've actually never had pumpkin oats, I feel like I'm missing out! Your lunches remind me of mine - I always go into worked armed with food containers and bags!

Thanks for answering my question :) Yea, I'm all for having a less frothy smoothie. If you find the "cure" please do let us know! I'll be sure to do the same if I find a method :)
