I saw your comment on my blog-- and I would love to meet up! Which day do you want to get together? After the actual marathon or the day after the marathon?

    Your oats look yummy!

I have just started a weight loss journey and running. I ran my first 5k in March and am training for a 10k in May and then maybe a half in Sept - any pointers you can give me are appreciated!

    My opinion on the shirt:

Front: "Tell Me Happy Birthday!" Back: "Turning 27, Running 26.2"

Not too creative, but maybe would get people giving you encouragement AND wishing you happy bday!

One more mile and I'd be running my age

    Back: Today's the big 27

I've been meaning to read my copy I just got in the mail, that salmon looks delicious! Way to get the kiddies involved too :) The last time I stayed up late was for my 21st b-day. We stayed out dancing till 5am, but now I try to get to bed by 10 or I'll be hurting in the morning!

I like your idea for the tshirt! Unfortunately I'm not creative enough to come up with anything right now.

You will be in my neck of the woods. The start of the marathon is only like 10 minutes from my house. I would love to meet up but I would have my side-kick in tow. Let me know the details and I can get back to you for sure. Thanks!!

i love getting all motivated to clean and organize, it's refreshing to me...maybe I'm weird.

Let's see... i'm trying to think of a good shirt... My 27 beats your 26.2...27 years wise, 26.2 miles strong? Yeah dunno!

    just me said...

that shirt sounds like an awesome idea! i love it!!!

Today is my marathon + 1 birthday.

    Running 26 while turning 27.

Today I celebrate my 27th birthday while running 26.2!

I turn one year older than the marathon distance today.

    I'm running 26 on my 27th!
