Temptations

It's been a very busy day(as always) filled with running, working, eating, studying, and some more eating:) In honor of World Vegetarian Day I went veggie for the day, it was fun:) Won't be doing it again soon though.

I had a light dinner with hubby, brother, nephew and brothers gf Dessie. They ate pasta with ground turkey which looked yummy, but I refrained(major call upon self control). I had some butternut squash soup and some more black eye peas and Lima beans. I know boring but yummy.

I had my Beth Moore study tonight, and I thought it was a great group. The ladies really opened up and I felt like we are really connecting, which is awesome. God's going to do a lot through this group, I have already learned so much! I love these studies that I am going to but they always seem to have goodies that I am always tempted by, m&m's, pretzels, more chocolate....

Ok, I know this is a pretty boring post but I want to leave this post with some words of enlightenment.

"Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in a useful life."- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Oh P.S. I am a Dodgers fan GO BLUE!
