Inspired

HAPPY ALMOST FRIDAY :)!

This morning I woke up ready to rock it, I could not believe I just sprung right out of bed!! No run this morning, my IT band is really killing so I spent a good ten minutes on the murder machine foam roller. It really needs to feel better already, I have a 11 mile run this weekend, no time for pain.

For breakfast I made a delicious bowl of Meghann inspired cereal.

All mixed up. LOVE THE CEREAL! Anything that Nature’s Path touches, it crushes(in a good way). The corn puffs are a nice crunch along with the maple flavor and all the other crunchy goodness.

Last night Hubby picked the largest zucchini from our garden.

It’s almost as long as Bosco!

Guess I will be making a lot of zucchini in the future…

I was also inspired by Meghann’s good mood list this morning and decided to write my own.

Some other things that keep me in a good mood….

  • Hubby
  • Running
  • Bosco
  • Vacation Plan
  • Girlfriends
  • Fro-Yo
  • Cooking
  • A Clean House
  • Quite Time with God
  • Kickboxing
  • Baking
  • Sleep

Take some time out today and think about a Good Mood list…

What would be on your Good Mood list?

Ah! The foam roller. I have such a love hate relationship with those things. Hope your IT band is feeling better--that's the worst! My knee has been bothering me, but, I've got to get in 7 miles after work, I know how you feel--no time for pain!

Oh I hope you feel better! I just had to give up my marathon because of my stinking IT band.

My good mood right now is a nap with my dog. :)
