Avocado Egg Burrito

So have you checked out Hubby’s video? What do you think should we do more?

This morning I had the BEST 6 mile early run I have had in a while. I went out with Fast Jill and Mr. Rick, it was nice to run at my pace for a change. I love Cross- Country Coaching, but sometimes it’s nice to get back to my groove. I still can’t believe my Marathon is in less then 2 months! I am hoping to do a long run with them on Friday morning at 5am.

After our long and cold run I enjoyed a Breakfast Burrito with two eggs, leftover veggies from last night, goat cheese, and half an avocado. All wrapped in a rice tortilla.

It was so good! Today I had to give up snacking for my 30 day fast

“ Approximately 25,000 people die each day of hunger related causes, and we say things like “I’m starving” when we go more than a few hours without eating. We usually have 3 meals a day, plus snacks in between, and there’s rarely a time when food is farther away than the fridge or nearest supermarket. Starting today, eat only if you are truly hunger and just at mealtimes, no snacking in between.”

This one was difficult, but I knew that I could get through it knowing that there are 25,000 people that DIE EVERY DAY from HUNGER!

When lunch came around I was READY to eat! I enjoyed leftovers from last night, and two kiwis.

I also enjoyed a little of my home-made Natural Powebars I made last night too!

Hi Bobbi!
I've been lurkiing your blog for a few months now, adn finally decdied to come out of "lurkdom', lol. I am looking forward to this weekend, because it officially begins Fall Break in my school district (I teach 4th grade) and I will be spending that week in Kansas with my boyfriend aka "Booboo head". Being in a long distance relationship is tough because we don't see each other as often as we would like, but we are committed to making it work...Hey we just love each other! :0) Anyways, I'm glad your are loving your job as Athletic Director and get to spend it doing something you love. I'm also impressed with your dedication to fasting and participating in the Detox...such an inspiriing woman!

Take Care,
Miss Gee @ "The Balancing Act"
