Pumpkin Chili
Tonight I took my time getting home, as I was in no rush. As I drove home I thought up a fun new recipe. The best part was, I had everything in my pantry.
Corn, Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, and Paste (not pictured). I also picked three tomatoes from our garden.
I used my three favorite chili spices: Chili Pepper, Red Pepper, and All Spice.
The secret ingredient a can of Organic Pumpkin.
I dumped all of it in a large pot (drained the beans and corn) on top of 1lb of cooked lean turkey meat.
QUICK and AMAZING!!!
mmmm…I love me some Pumpkin Chili, the perfect Fall meal :).
I enjoyed it with a glass of Berry Soda Water! Don’t forget to enter my Soda Stream Give-Away!!
Ok I have some unplanned business to take care of :).

I also threw together a quick pumpkin cornbread, simply by adding some canned pumpkin to a cornbread mix. It's amazing what a little can of pumpkin can do! :)

In regard to your tummy aches: Have you tried food combining? I also get bad stomach aches if I don't combine properly. I can send you a link to someone who explains it better than I can, Choosing Raw blog. I hope it helps, but did the steaming help you?
