Sushi & Salons
Evening friends, sorry about the mishap on the blog this morning!!! I was going a little crazy and I am praying that nothing happens.
It’s been a little crazy in the McCormick household. Since I have been back from CO, I have been cleaning, working, blogging, running, coaching, and eating! I feel like the past two days have FLOWN by and I haven’t had a chance to stop and breathe. I know the time is coming!
Right after work today I finally got my hair cut, it’s been almost been 10 months since my last one!!! It’s not that much shorter, just a lot healthier and I love it! Sorry the pics aren’t the best, I was kind of in a hurry.
After the lovely haircut Hubby and I hung out with some of his “cool” marketing buddies and had some yummy sushi!
Between Carly, Jen and I we split four delicious rolls of amazingness!!
Don’t ask me what was in them, I just ate them and got a food baby :).I need to try and make sushi at home, I keep dying to try Melissa’s recipe.
Oh and I drank some Miso Soup.
Hubby just did what he does best….. played…
and played..
Don’t worry he didn’t eat with those, or did he?!!!
We enjoyed each others lovely company and then I had to jet home so I could finally relax one night this week!!!
Tonight I am working on my new schedule as a Wife/Blogger/Kickboxing Instructor/Small Business Owner/Forest Home Employee/Cross Country Coach/Athletic Director/Wedding Coordinator/Friend/Sunday School Teacher/Boot camp leader…wow life is moving so fast!!! I know I will feel better once I sit down and write everything down :).
Are you a planner? How do you organize life, or do you?

Love the hair and sushi is so yummy. my mom and i want to make it at home sometime soon too. if you end up making it, let me know how it goes!
Ooooh boy, look at all those roles! I wish I were a better planner. The best I do is Google Calendar for personal stuff and my Outlook calendar for work stuff. And I make notes in a little moleskine I keep in my purse. Buuuuut I wish I could be as put-together as some people with their coordinated to-do lists and such. If only!
Congrats on the race! I just read the entire post, what an amazing accomplishment! I hope to do something like that someday
omg i hadnt had my hair done in months either - it feels so great!

You have a LOT going on. Take it one step at a time and you will be fine.

Wow, Bobbi! That is quite a list of jobs. I can't believe you fit all that in! You are such an inspiration.
The hair looks great! I have to schedule my hair appointments when I am in there or else I forget and my stylist books up so fast!

i love how healthy my hair feels right after a hair cut!
I'm definitely a planner. I always have lists going, schedules, etc.
Love the haircut! :)
Crazy schedule lady! but if anyone can handle it - i know it's you :)
I am SUCH a planner & my fiance is not. He's Mr. Go with the Flow & it drives me batty...probably as much as my planning drives him nuts! lol
Cute hair! I am such a planner! I put EVERYTHING on both my work and personal calendars. Each day I look them over and make a list of everything that needs to be done. Once I have my list, I prioritize and start working. I love the feeling of crossing something off of my list.
Google Tasks has changed my life.. just sayin' :)
nom your sushi looks goooood. I feel like I haven't done ANYTHING productive since I got back other than go to work. My exhaustion just hit me yesterday and I'm still trying to catch up. Grrr... :(
I love your hair! Yes, I am a planner. My days are so packed that if I don't write things down, I feel like I'm missing something. I religiously write down every I need to get done, cross out the things that gets cancelled, and highlight everything completed. Also, I write some stuff that might change on little post-it notes so I can just move the post-it notes around on my calendar. I love crossing things off my "to-do" list!
you guys are so funny!!!! your hair is so long!! even after a cut! :)
i am DEF a planner. right now i am lost tho don't have a book or a good place i keep everything! :(
What I want to know is if your husband ate with those chopsticks. If even if he did, at least they didn't go into someone else's nose or did they?
