Operation Beautiful

Top of the morning to you all :)

After my 6:30am wake-up call, a late start because I didn’t get into bed until 11:30pm :( I was up late last night working on plans for the Wild West Relay coming up in 24 days!!! Heading up a relay race is a lot more work then I thought it would be. Kristen and I have been working on transportation, lodging, packing list, leg charts and so much more. Have you ever done a relay race,do you have any tips or advice???

I couldn’t decide what I wanted for breakfast so I went with a GM of course, but this time I added in frozen pineapple. I think I found my match!!!!

The sweetness of the pineapple, gave my GM a burst of tropical flavor!!! I also added in a bit of vanilla protein for some extra thickness.

Last night I left my first Operation Beautiful post it note in the locker room at the gym. It’s about time I jumped on the band wagon. I think what Caitlin has started is a true revolutionary movement that is truly inspirational and powerful to all women!!! Thanks Caitlin for starting this!!! I hope to do this at least once again this week :)

I love pineapple in green smoothies! :)

Hubby's fact of the day is so sad. :( This is why something needs to be done in our country, stat! We should NOT have that big of an overweight crisis with children!
