Haha I make the mistake of going to the store and dropping 100 bucks. I am a hungry kid though!

I just found your blog! I saw on the side of your blog that you are incorporating 'jillian's circuit training' is that from her book "Making the Cut"? I just bought it and want to get going on it. Do you have any tips? Thank you for posting your groceries. I am not good with nutrition and am trying to learn.
Best,
Becca

How do you prepare your sweet potato/goat cheese/black bean combo? Just black beans over a baked/nuked sweet potato with goat cheese on top?

nice list! i don't really do the shopping when i'm at home and when i'm at school my groceries are supplementary to what the dining halls serves. but i agree that planning is the way to go before you shop!

I totally look through the papers for awesome deals. That's the only way I buy my fruit ($1 Strawberry packs? Yup! $1.99/lb cherries? Uh huh!) But then I get so caught up on good deals, I "stock up" on foods...and that's how I ended up with like 11 boxes of cereal! Yikes! haha
