Green Glow
This morning I woke up early to go to the gym, but I decided to sleep in instead. I will have to do my circuit training tonight after work. I knew that my body needed the rest. When I woke up I needed some GREENS!!!
I made a GM with Amazing Grass, GreenSuperFood Berry flavor.
I threw in a frozen banana,oats,flax seed,pineapple,strawberries ….
and a couple hand full's of baby spinach.
I felt like I was glowing this morning, I don’t know if it’s because of the sleep or the excitement that the weekend is almost here!!!
Later tonight some of my girlfriends and I are going to go see the movie “The Proposal”, perfect timing!!! Have you seen it?
Hubby’s Random Fact: A person will burn 7 percent more calories if they walk on hard dirt compared to pavement.
