A Mini Living Room Boot camp!

Because I am running tonight(Fast Jill is sick) after my Pilates class, I thought I would do a mini boot camp session in our living room! I decided to add in my pushup, situp and squat challenge to the mix!

Here’s what I did:

Bobbi’s Mini Living Room Boot camp Session #1

  • 2 minutes of jump rope
  • 1 minute rows with a squat
  • 20 push ups(added my challenge in here)
  • 1 minute rows with a squat
  • 1 minutes jumping jacks
  • 30 sit-ups(challenge)
  • walking lunges with bicep curls
  • 1 minutes of burpies
  • 25 pushups
  • 1 minutes military presses with a front kick, alternating legs
  • 38 sit-ups
  • 20 bench dips
  • 1 minute high knees
  • 15 pushups
  • 1 minutes military presses with a front kick, alternating legs
  • 1 minute squats
  • 23 sit-ups
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 1 minute plank
  • 15 pushups
  • 23 sit-ups
  • 1 minute squats with shoulder raises
  • 1 minute but kicks
  • 25 pushups

You can get a seriouse workout in your own home! This workout got my heart rate up and kept me pushing it! It took about 25-30 minutes!

Now that looks like a serious workout, nice work! I'll have to save that one for a day when I just can't get to the gym.

I've been appreciating the at-home workouts more and more! There's something great about getting in a workout right in your living room sometimes.

Wow!!! If that's a "mini" boot camp, I don't think I'll be able to make it through one of your real boot camps. That seems pretty intense already! Good Job!!

Have a great hump day!! And enjoy date night!

I am so super jealous that you have an orange tree. We used toh ave one when I was growing up and it was awesome. There is nothing like a fresh picked (and free) orange!

That sounds like an awesome workout, I may have to try it. Usually at home, I do a Jillian DVD.

Sounds like a good workout! I should do stuff like that!

Holy cow girl! Your a regular Jillian in your livingroom. I would love to do my own bootcamp, but when I get around to it, I always seem to forget what moves to do and then I end up doing the same thing over and over. I need to write this down and try!

Thanks so much. Hope you have a great date night!

I liked your mini boot camp. It took about 30 minutes. It's perfect for a quick workout during the week. Thanks for posting the details. It's now in my rotation.
