Monday Madness!

Today in History "1973 - Richard Nixon makes his famous "I am not a crook" speech concerning the fallout over Watergate."

Happy Monday everyone!!!

Baby Everest has a MOHAWK!!!!

DINNER

After Kick boxing I made hubby his favorite meal, mashed taters, mac and cheese, and corn...He is a sides type of guy!!!
My dinner leftover Lobster Ravioli and broiled asparagus.

With a pear cider bear I got at World Market, was yummy but gave me a headache:(

PLUG FOR THE HUBBY

Many of you have been commenting about my blogs new look! Well I can not take credit for it, yes those are my feet but hubby is the big designer. He owns his own graphic designing/printing company checks it out http://www.modernmessengers.com/. He would be happy to work with you on a new header!

I HAVE BEEN FEATURED

This morning I got an email from a friend, Tammy, who featured me on her blog this morning. Her blog is for Mom’s, but it’s about my new hair cut. Tammy has style and is one hot mom! Only hope to be as fashionable and chic as she is when I am a momma! Her blog is called A Mom in Red High Heels, check it out!

END OF A "SHORT" POST

This week is going to be a little crazy we will be gone in AZ for my Uncles funeral until Thursday, and then I come back and work Friday. Then Saturday morning we fly out to Nashville for Thanksgiving. WOW this month flew by, it’s going to be January 1 before we know it!!!!! I didn’t run this weekend but I plan on going out for a run before we leave tomorrow morning, I am going to need the time by myself.

Right now I am trying to knit a scarf, but because I am such a perfectionist it’s taking me a while. I figured it would be something to kill the time on the road and the plane. I know that this week will be hard; I am trying to keep strong for my Mom and my brothers. I think time is all we need.

Ok I said this post would be short and now it’s turning out to be long..lol
Have a wonderful Monday everyone! Keep piling on those miles! Remember today is Make a DIFFERENCE MONDAY!!!!

I am a scrapbooking junkie! I have one from every semester in college, vacations, high school ,birthday parties, etc.

Looks like you had good eats all around!

As sad of a situation it is that you will be traveling to Arizona, I still hope you try to enjoy yourself surrounded by family and friends.

i was wondering about the header! super cool :) hubby-perks! :) hehehe.
so i was just investigating your running tips-- and i was wondering about your plan!!! i have looked at many and used my XC friend's template for my half-marathon training. but i went to coach-al's website and signed up for his newsletter but was bummed to see that his training plans cost $99!!!! did you pay for yours? i want to implement a 3:30 marathon plan... and it worked really well for you so i was curious :) but i really don't want to spend money on it!

Ooh props to the hubby - I love the new header, i was wondering where it came from!

Good luck on the scarf! I looove knitting & crocheting. My mom used to make us all sweaters when we were younger. My favorite one had little cows all over it (I love cows).

I'm a big fan of the new look, might have to see what your man can do for mine. Your crans and oats looked really good, might have to try that one.

Enjoy your vacation!

Wow, scrapbooking looks so much fun! I've only done simple crafts here and there, but that looks great!

Delicious eats, by the way!
