Monday’s Monster

This morning I woke up ready to drink something cold and refreshing! It was already 80 degree’s in the house! I have never wanted a Green Monster more!

In my GM: 2 pieces of Kale,Amazing Grass,blueberries,flax seed,silk milk,coconut milk, and a little guava.

I also had two small pieces of the Zucchini bread I baked yesterday.

I love how you can see the zucchini baked right in there.

Today I am starting my Jillian Michaels Challenge, “Making the Cut”. I have decided to modify it just a little bit according to my schedule. I have AKB tonight so I will incorporate a lot of her workout. I am excited about something new and challenging. I will miss running, but I will still run at least twice a week!  I think that in order to live passionately one should be challenged in some aspect of life.

What is something that you are doing in your life that is challenging you?

I am also adding something new to my blog, it’s called Hubby’s Random Facts!!

Here is Hubby’s Random Fact for the day:
Approximately $25 million is spent each year on lap dances in Las Vegas.

I love the 'Making the Cut' program. I followed it with great results and I still do the circuit workouts! Good luck!

i have really gotten away from the monsters because I think I made a number in a row that didn't taste good...really the amzing grass wasn't working for me. I need to restart because I know how good it was for me

To challenge myself I am constantly mixing up my workout routine. I do something different most days of the week...strength training, running, kickboxing, yoga, step/weights class, circuit training and interval training. It keeps it exciting for me and I look forward to my workouts.

Haha love the random fact! Good luck with your new Jillian Micheals program! Looking forward to hearing more about it. I am challenging myself with my running right now, getting ready to start a half marathon training plan in a few weeks!

I enjoy really enjoy zucchini bread. I agree that you need to toss in challenging activities to keep things fresh, fun and enjoyable.

I definitely love the random fact! What a great addition. I use to love reading Snapple Facts.

Actively being a follower of God, being a wife, and being a mom are all things that are challenging me right now... and it's exhausting :-)
