Deep breathing for 2-3 minutes. It will slow you down and paying attention to your breathing will calm you down. Hope this helps.

Just find some time to relax. I am pretty busy as well, but I always make time to relax every single day. Without that time, I would go nuts!

Living in the moment will help with not rushing around, since you will only be focusing on what you are doing at that moment, instead of what you WILL be doing later. To help with that, how about setting a timer for 10 minutes before you have to change tasks. When the timer goes off you can then focus on finishing up your current project and mentally prepare for the next one! Good luck!

Try doing only one thing at a time. No multitasking for today! That's a goal of mine for the future since I am always doing a few things at once.

Sometimes I find myself just "going through the motions of the day" without fully appreciating everything.
Take time to enjoy the small stuff!
Be thankful for all the blessing in your life, even the ones that seem meaningless.

Time management: I use a monthly calendar and write in all appointments, meetings, etc.
Easier to eyeball all you have to do the whole month. You can use the process of elimination from there. Good to plan that way.

Spread the monthly out through December for a better view of the rest of the year. Plan it out quarterly each year.

Actually a separate monthly calendar just for events & meetings is good. Separate from another calendar with bills due, special occassions, etc. Just sayin...

On slowing down - You just have to tell yourself (and your soul), out loud in a whisper, "slow down" and slow down your breathing. This will help you focus and be more clear and careful.

Try turning everything off for a few mins and just focus on the moment of silence.
