I am a Spy!

This morning I went and visited another boot camp at the park. I wanted to get a workout but also I wanted to get some fun ideas for my boot camp as well :)

I have cones like she does but no hurdles, I am going to have to get some pipes and make some! Our cardio was pretty intense, but I would have added a little more and then we did about 30 minutes of free weights. Our instructor was very friendly but she was getting overheated as were all of us because it was 90 degrees this morning!!!

After boot camp, I was starving! So glad I packed my Green Super Food, Chocolate Whole Food Energy Bar! These things are so good and super filling! Great clean FOOD!

Don’t forget to get your entry in for my Amazing Grass Giveaway, ends this Sunday!!!

It did get a little melted from the heat. As you can kinda see I had it all over my face!

I then went on a little shopping adventure! I wanted to pick up a few things for my new desk at work. I hit up Ross,Marshalls, and Big Lots. Check out the loot:

I can’t wait to put some of my favorite pictures in those frames. The theme here is black, white and a hint of red. You can’t tell, but the silver frame actually is red on the backside. I got three picture frames, two candy jars(I filled them with mints and water enhancers),monogrammed note cards,a cute little basket, the letter B, and some Bare Naked Granola that was only $1.20 at Big Lots! I don’t know what it is but, I love polka dots and monogrammed things!

I had to stop for lunch, I wish I would have brought it! So the quickest and healthiest place near me was Subway. I enjoyed a Tuscan Chicken Melt with avocado. This was my first time trying one of their chicken sammie's, it was quite delicious!

I also picked up my fruit and veggies I ordered from a wonderful place called Washington Produce!

“Washington Produce is located in Redlands, California and is one of the premiere wholesale food service companies in the region. Our goal is to provide our valued customers with the freshest produce and other food items along with unmatched customer service”.

They were so wonderful and the best part was I got to order everything online and then just went to their store and they handed it to me!!! I just found out they deliver to my work so they can bring it straight to me!

This was super affordable and super convenient. I only paid $15 for all of this wonderful produce!!!

Our fridge is stocked, now only if Hubby would become a vegetarian!!!!

I need to clean up the house and I am not sure how much yard work we will get done, it is 101 degrees right now!!

Time to get busy!!!

You asked for a zucchini recipe in an earlier post...

I loved this. Hope you do, too (the picture quality is bad, though).
