Her Morning Routine

Meghann’s and Tina’s posts about their morning routine inspired me to write my own. I have quite a few people send me questions asking me how I get time in to blog, workout, make breakfast and such. So here it is!

5:30 – Alarm, or internal clock goes off.

5:40 – Make Coffee with the French Press

5:45- Catch up on Emails, and Blogs

6:00-Out the door for a run, kickboxing, Jillains DVD or gym.

7:15- Shower

7:20-Make Breakfast

7:30 – Blog watch the Today Show, love me some Matt Laur!

8:00 – Pack Lunch get Dressed(I work with kids so it takes me like 2 seconds to get dressed and throw my hair up).

8:15- Ride bike to bus stop(2.5 miles)

8:30 – Catch bus, Read and Study.

9:20 – Arrive at work, prep for the day

If I don’t work out in the morning, I will teach or take a AKB class at night so this means I try and do yoga in the mornings instead of my normal exercise routine.

This morning I am getting back to Kettle Bell classes at my Gym!!! I used to do Kettle Bell classes regularly, but with the marathon training I didn’t have time. So I have made is a point to schedule in at least one Kettle Bell class a week and then I hope to be able to fit in one more!

The KB class is this morning so I made a light breakfast, Green Monster + 2 pieces of WW Apple Buttered Toast. Sadly this was the last of the Apple Butter, I will have to try and make some more. Has anyone made apple butter before? Do you have a recipe you would like to share?

Loved reading about your routine - you get a lot in before work! I've never tried making apple butter, I'm curious now!

You ladies are inspiring me to become a morning person!

ooh bobbi - what does apple butter taste like?

I am a morning person but you still get a lot more done than me in the morning! Although I'm usually at work by 6:30 so I guess that's the problem. Are you a teacher? I know you work with kids, but I didn't know any schools start that late in the morning :) Lucky!

I recognize that mug...I have the exact same mug but mine says Austin. Starbucks, right? I absolutely love the size of it.

Yes, I've made apple butter! It's time consuming, but not difficult at all. Here's the recipe I used:

I've loved reading these morning routines, I currently don't have time to do much in the morning but next friday I leave for vacation and once I come back I want to start getting up and working out bright and early.

I love your structured morning routine! :-) I am definitely a fan of structure.
I wish I was a morning person so I could do my workouts then but sadly I am not and have to wait until 5pm to get my sweat on!

You're up so early. I would love to get up earlier, but I'm always so tired. What time do you go to bed?

That cafe looks adorable. I will try to remember it when I am in NY next.

Your morning routine sounds great. I love my routine too and can't imagine going a day without it. I would be lost.

I love apple butter but I don't have a good recipe. I usually buy mine from a local amish market that make the very best fruit butters. They are practially still warm when you buy them because its that fresh and delcious.

Next time I am there, I will try to remember to pick you up a jar of the apple and send it to you. You have to try this!

Hope you had a grea day.

I love love love apple butter! I don't have a specific recipe (I just looked at a few on allrecipes.com) but it couldn't be easier if you have a crock pot. Just slice up a bunch of apples (or put them in the food processor if you want a smoother consistency) and put them in your crock pot with cinnamon, all spice and sugar if you want (though I don't think it's necessary!) I've just left it on low all night. You just have to make sure there are enough apples so it doesn't burn!!

Do you like to bet your money at casinos? If so, you are not alone. The online casino industry has taken off over the past few years, and if you can become familiar with the intricacies you may be able to win a lot of money. When it comes down to it there are many internet casinos that you can bet at, with each one offering plenty of games to choose from. In fact, some casinos offer in upwards of 100 games. Talk about having every opportunity in the world to find a game that you can win with.
online casino http://www.casinolesoleil.com casino Internet casinos offer the same games you can find at land casinos, including but not limited to; baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette, slot machines, and video poker. Some only focus on one or two games, and some offer other games. Whichever you want to play, search around to find the best for your needs.
online casino http://www.redlotuscasino.com casino Of course, when you play in a casino, you have a basic understanding that the house almost always wins. This also applies in online casinos. So make sure that you go slowly on transferring money, since online casino, just like traditional casinos, can become quite addictive. casino http://www.triumphcasino.com casino http://www.affrewards.com casino affiliate program In bingo, each player will get a sheet, which has six cards with a total of 90 numbers. bingo bingo bingo bingo http://www.bingokisses.com http://www.bingoeuphoria.com What you have to do is, coordinate the numbers that are called out by the host with what you have on our sheet, aiming at filling up a pattern reading bingo. The pattern would be announced at the beginning of the game, so you have to be careful to know what pattern you are looking out for. The cards have the b-i-n-g-o letters on rows and numbers running as a column. A host would call out a letter-number combination, which you would have to mark on your sheet. For example if I-34 is called, you will have to look at the I column down to search for number 34. In case you have it, you place a market on it, and so on.
