Woke up at 7:00 this morning, that's some sleeping in for this girl. It's so weird not going out for a run. I feel great, a little tightness but nothing more then usual. I am ready for tomorrow mornings jog. I have a sprint tri in 12 days so I need to really get on my bike!

This mornings bfast was O' so yummers!

My Bowl of Cereal/Oats


1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup vanilla hemp milk (which I will be writing a review about soon)
handful Fiber One Carmel Delight
a little Honest Foods Granola Plank
1/2 banana
spoonful of pb
handful walnuts

Today is back to the busy side of life. Work,Taco Tuesday,
and the Truth Project Study. Have a great one!

your b'fast looks a small bit like mine... oats, pumpkin, fiber one, honey, cinnimon (sp?), walnuts, skim milk (or soy, whatever i have on hand). yumm...

hey btw, do you teach a spinning class?

Yum! Gotta love oatmeal! I haven't tried hemp milk (yet), but I did order some almond milk from a food co-op that I'm anxious to try. It would be nice to have another alternative to soy milk. I'll be interested to read your hemp milk review!

Brienne- I don't teach spinning but I have always wanted to get into a spinning class:)

Did you see the Overnight Muesli on my site? I imagine you can tweak it to suit your dietary needs and it's a great breakfast to have available as all you do is scoop and heat and you're ready to eat. We love it!!
