Food Hangover

This morning, I am eating late because of a food hangover from last night. Because I made the poor choice to eat Chinese take out, I suffered the natural consequence this morning. I woke up with a stomach ache, and had to wait a while before I was hungry. I knew this would happen, slap my wrist and I shall "try" and remember this feeling for my next big temptation.


When I did get hungry, I decided to make a bowl of Banana Nut Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup nf milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • 1/4 cup granola (the new one I got from F&E)

  • handful crushed walnuts

  • cinnamon to taste

and of course what taste better then some PB on your Banana Nut bread, so I got a spoonful and stuck it in!

Off to the bus today! Happy Friday folks, make today count...you never know it might be your last.

If i eat fro yo or too much sugar i get the dreaded food hangover the next day... hope you feel better!
