Save the Starbucks Breakfast Sandwich!

I hereby declare the Starbucks Low Fat Turkey Bacon, Cholesterol-free Egg and Reduced Fat Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich a healthier (300 calories, 11 grams of fat) and not bad tasting at all alternative to the evil yet addictive Egg McMuffin (430 calories and 24 grams of fat with cheese and sausage).

I made my own at home and it had about the same nutrition information but way less money! Rumor has it the breakfast sandwiches will be out the door in October 2008. Guess I ll have to make my own at home:)
