I am Not Going to Lie
I am living my dream job today :). Cleaning, shopping, running errands, and eating lunch at home! Yes my dream job is to be a house wife/working from home. I love where I work but who doesn't want to work from home???
First stop today was a trip to the grocery store. We finally have a fridge full of food! While out running errands I found three things that make me smile!!
Isn’t this bowl adorable, (BIG LOTS)!?
I can’t wait to indulge in this delicious tea!
And some Organic Stuffing mix, by far my favorite food!!!!
For lunch I made some quick Eating Right Split Pea Soup..
with some All Bran Crackers.
I had to make something quick because I have ten minutes until my MASSAGE!!!
Well friends off to get those kinks and knots out!
Question: Would you like to work from home??

I am blessed enough to work from home and yes, it's awesome to be able to be a full-time mom, wife AND earn the mortgage every month in my sweats!
I'm drinking a cup of that tea as I type this! It's so good with a 1/2 cup of light vanilla soy milk and a little honey. I love it and it totally kicks my need for a sweet treat, which is a good thing this time of year! The gingerbread tea by CS is good, too. Enjoy!
Yes,my dream is to work from home. when we get married,I was told I could. Hope the bf keeps his promise! lol
I think I would miss the comerodery of an office if I worked at home. Everyone is so hysterical in The Office and I totally got that same sense at my summer job
Yes and no. I like being around people but I would love the freedom to be completely in control of my own schedule. I also love working with my dog curled up at my feet, so that's a bonus!
i think i wouldn't get any work done! at school i have to leave my room when i want to be the most productive
I would LOVE to work from home! Espcially as I could work out whenever I wanted to (instead of getting up ridiculously early to fit a workout in before work!)
I used to think I would love it. Then I was laid off in March and have been at home ever since. It's not all it's cracked up to be. Of course if I had kids I could justify it :P
I would lvoe to be able to work from home. It's my dream actually.Although Im sure it would backfire as there are so many distractions at home.
It's my dream to work at home!! I feel like it'd be the best of both worlds :)
I love being able to work from home. I get to hang out with my 2 babies and make money during their naps!
Love the sugar cookie sleigh ride!! I picked some up this weekend too :)
I would love to work from home. I'm looking forward to being done with my masters so I have more time to be around the house!!
Work from home!!
wow what an awesome day! i want to be you when i grow up!! :)
My dream job too! Love those days!
How much do you love the Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride?!?!? It's like drinking cookies!
I have a love/hate relationship with the idea. I would love to be a housewife, but at the same time feel like I want more out of my life than just that... not sure!
HAHA omg this is my SECRET fantasy too! I am living this dream all week because I am home recovering from surgery but I will not lie either, it's FANTASTIC! I wake up, eat my oats while watching Gossip Girl and stay in my PJ's all day long. Such the life.
You totally deserved this day and I am so happy you enjoyed every moment of it. ;)
I would LOVE to work from home.
I honestly think I would be more efficient if I worked from home. I get so distracted at work with friends and co-workers around. Plus, I am more in my element at home and am able to relax.
ideally, in my future (i am still in college), I would lover to work at home or else work part-time in a real job and my other job would be being a housewife/mother. We will see if that actually happens. I have a feeling i will have to work full-time :(
My dream job is being a stay at home mom! I would love to spend the day with my kids playing and doing fun activities, and getting out every once in a while too.
I've been looking EVERYWHERE for that tea! Maybe they don't sell it in Canada.
Ah well! :o)
glad you had a great monday you enjoyed!

i'm totally with you here - I was off today and did just about the same things you did! clean, make breakfast, run errands, update the blog, food shopping.. hopefully I can make this a reality in the next year or two!
i don't think i'd like to work from home because i'd feel like inever got out- but who knows! and that soup sounds really good

Oh, I can't wait until I am a stay-at-home mom!! I just need to find a good way to make money from home. I know you will be a great stay-at-home wife (and mother someday!!). I often wish that I could not have to go work and focus more on the kiddo.
Love the sugar cookie sleigh ride tea! It's so yummy.
As for working at home, I do and have been since 2001. I love it especially on days like today when it's snowing and I don't really have to go anywhere. I don't miss the JOB at all.
Thank you so much for all your tips, recipes, and positive vibes.
you are an inspiration!
AND you look so fit!!! congrats.
OMG! You could not pay me enough to be a stay-at-home mom! I have two kids and my two, one-year maternity leaves (I live in Canada) just about threw me into a mental institution! I love having a lunch hour to focus on working out and running, I love having work to do that makes me think and use my mind. Fighting kids to please get dressed, and please eat your food, and to please leave your sister the hell alone drove me nuts! I'm a much better and engaged mother when I'm home because I get to get dressed up, talk to adults and work out every day.
There is no way I would want to work from home, or be a stay at home wife.
I really love my job and think I would be too depressed/bored, just being home, and I would feel like all my hard work on my education, was going to waste.
nice posting keep blogging,....
i am very new in blogging, please and kindly visit my blog,..
thanks a lot...
