...Oh my, I have the best recipe for breaded Tofu! <br /><br />It's a coconut encrusted tofu. <br />All you do is season the tofu with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, dip it in egg white and then dredge in a mix of panko, cocnut and parsley. I drizzle a little maple syrup on top and bake for about 20 min. AMAZING STUFF!!! <br />Or, you could also try buffalo breaded tofu. I've done this too and its equally incredible.
