Guest Post from Monica (Run,Eat,Repeat)

Hello nHerShoes Readers – This is Monica from Run,Eat,Repeat. I am a runner, eater and blogger from Southern California, currently living in Maryland!

I started my blog to document my runs and eats. I have been running for about 5 years, but I’ve been eating for over 20! Ha.

The hot summer weather doesn’t stop me from wanting to enjoy yummy “baked” goodies, but I don’t want to warm up my house by turning on the oven. So, I have 2 no-bake recipes for cookies…

This first recipe was going around the food blogs over a year ago, so I can’t give it credit since it comes in many forms…

1/2 maple syrup
1/2 any fiber Cereal slightly crumbled

Instructions:

3. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy!

Thanks to Bobbi for sharing my sweet treats! Run,Eat,Repeat
